Please note that USDA funds are not available to the IALC for FY2011.
     Therefore, the annual Request for Research Proposals will not be announced.

     However, when new IALC funds are obtained, hopefully for FY2012,
     the IALC Request for Proposals will be announced on this IALC Website.
