  • Operation: Military Kids-- Hero Packs

The Arizona 4-H Youth Development Program is putting together Hero Packs in recognition of the youth and their families who serve with the Army Reserve, or National Guard, or Accessions Command and are being affected more often than they are used to. These Hero Packs are to salute those who may have a deployed soldier from their household. They may be experiencing stress and strains that may not be visible to the public, and may be isolated from other military families which can not make it easy when they go through having someone deployed. We'll be distributing through county 4-H offices these Hero Packs. We certainly salute all those who provide the proud tradition of service and leadership, and the families who help somebody serve our country with honor, and essentially keep our freedom for generations to come.  Congratulations for serving the United States of America with such talent, skill, and determination. Contact your county extension 4-H office for more details.
