Before joining the Department in 2004, Dr. Stefanadis held positions as a visiting assistant professor in the Jones School of Management at Rice University, and as a research economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

His current research interests lie in industrial organizations, financial institutions, and political economy.
