Transboundary aquifers and binational dialogue: "Rabbits" dancing at the Water Fair

About 800 schoolchildren from both sides of the border participated in the Water Festival/Fiesta de Agua held in Palomas, Chihuahua. Here, a group of "rabbits" (first-grade pupils from Palomas) are dancing to a song called "Lluvia, lluvia" ("Rain, rain") while carrying carrots and lettuce. These rabbit-costumed children know that water is vital to all living creatures.
