IALC Wayne Owens Peace Fellowship Program

Initiated in spring 1996 to provide research and outreach opportunities for students of IALC member institutions, the IALC Wayne Owens Peace Fellowship Program is made possible through the generous sponsorship of the Archer Daniels Midland Company and the USDA Forest Service.
