| Conidia: | (on PCA) mature conidia typically 15-38 x 7-12 µm, non-beaked, ellipsoid to ovoid, smooth, green to straw yellow, 3-6 transepta, longisepta are rare, predominantly solitary. |
| Conidiophore: | (on PCA) 5-20 x 4-5 µm, simple conidiophores, 0-10 septa, the apex is rounded and has one pore. |
| Additional characters: | geniculation is uncommon, proliferation of conidia occurs on the tips of conidiophores. Definite constriction of the conidia. |
