Witness present, camera above witness. Mesquite alive. Burroweed center foreground and beneath front mesquite. Celtis distant center. Boer’s lovegrass and Lehmann lovegrass dominant in open. Cottontop and bush muhly under mesquite. Find prickly pear and barrel cacti behind the nearest mesquite. Erosion channel in foreground appeared between 1999 and 2003, and it is beginning to fill because channel was cutt-off at the head. Windy conditions. Compared to 2007, less burroweed now. M.
