The Achievement Award is awarded to members with less than 10 years of service in Cooperative Extension, who have conducted outstanding programs, are held in high esteem by their fellow workers, and are approved by the State Director of Extension. They must be members of their State and National Associations the year that they are selected. Arizona may submit one candidate per year to be considered for the award.
