CALS Policy Funding of Academic Program Reviews

Approved by CALS Executive Council 5/7/07

Academic Program Reviews are jointly funded by USDA-CSREES, CALS, and the academic department being reviewed.

USDA-CSREES pays reasonable transportation and lodging expenses for the review chair and one or two non-UA reviewers.

CALS pays reasonable transportation and lodging expenses for the remaining reviewers.

The academic department pays all remaining expenses, including, but not limited to, the following:

Food and beverages
Meeting room / facility use fees
UA parking fees
Photocopy and printing expenses
Office supplies
Equipment Rentals
Telephone charges
