Dr. Ryan Foor Saguaro Hall (former FCS building), 221B, PO Box 210033 Title: Dr. Ryan Foor is an Assistant Professor and is the Director for Graduate Studies in the Department. He started at the University of Arizona in 2010. Background: After high school, Dr. Foor went to Iowa State University to major in Agricultural Education. After Iowa State, he taught high school agriculture for five years in Glenwood, Iowa, which is in southwest Iowa, close to Omaha, Nebraska. He went to The Ohio State University for graduate work in Agricultural and Extension Education. While he misses teaching in the secondary classroom, he loves working with students who want to be agricultural education instructors as well as working with teachers in the field. In addition to his work at the University of Arizona, he will work with the National FFA Organization on curriculum development projects and State FFA Officer leadership training. Education: Classes: Dr. Foor teaches A ED 422/522: Communicating Knowledge in Agriculture and the Life Sciences, A ED 401/501: Teacher Induction Program, and AGTM 432/532: .
