Washington Collegiate Agriculture Leadership Experience

May 2013

Students will experience the following:

1. Work with American Farm Bureau Training and Leadership Development Staff to become a better advocate for agriculture
   
   Visit Arizona Congressional leaders
   
   Engage with United States Department of Agriculture staff
   
   Visit Mount Vernon and Monticello to explore the impact of early governmental leaders’ involvement in agriculture
   

Currently, the tentative dates are May 12-18, 2013.

Please note that a limited number of active University of Arizona students will be chosen by application. Small stipends will be provided to assist with costs.
