The Product Testing/Facility Use Agreement is an agreement between the User and the Arizona Board of Regents, on behalf of the University of Arizona to use the Tucson Area Agricultural Centers to test the User's cultivars, seeds, chemicals, or other agricultural devices, applications and developments described in the testing agreement.
