The Yuma Valley Farm facilities Consist of the following buildings; The Glenn C. Curtis Building which houses the Director's office with small conference area, the Superintandant’s and Farm Supervisor's offices, Administration and reception areas, a work room, a telecomunication room, 7 faculty offices, 13 laboratories, 4 communal laboratories, a conference room with capacity for 80 people, 3 walk in freezers/cold rooms, a lunch/kitchen service area, a mechanical room, and an electrical room. The farm facilities also includes an enginearing mechanical shop with technical office and a laboratory, the farm mechanical repair shop with an office, work room, storage areas and two bay areas. There is also, a chemical storage and handeling area, 5 fenced storage rental units, 6 greenhouses, one screen house, an outside walk in cooler/freezer, a large shaded equipment yard, a seed storage area, and a series of faculty storage buildings. The farm is also suited with a research pressurized system for irrigation studies. This system is designed to deliver water to several fields at any given time and it is also designed to provide different regimes of fertilizer applications. The irrigation source is derived from The Yuma County Water Users Association through open main and lateral concrete ditches.

Facilities on the Mesa Farm include 4 modul Office building, farm shop, 3 storage metal buildings, 6 greenhouses, 2 lath houses, a walk-in cooler, and an irrigation shed. The farm is also suited with a research pressurized system for irrigation studies; the system is designed to deliver water to several fields at any given time and it is also designed to provide different regimes of fertilizer applications. The irrigation source is derived from the Unit B Irrigation District through a main underground pipe and open lateral ditches.
