Help Visualize the World Around Us
Thanks for your interest in helping put the community online as imagery. This website is not yet complete, but here is an idea of what you will be able to find here in the future:
This website is a repository for images of the community; either panoramas or regular stills. The objective is to compile a database of imagery from around the community, starting with Tucson, although there is nothing that limits the scope of this project to just Tucson.
Each image collected in the community will be stored with its geographic location so that retrieving the images from the database based on where they were taken from will be very easy. These pages outline the construction of the database as well as provide tutorials and examples for you to participate.
