1. First you will
need to open Eudora, and in the top menu area click on "Tools" and then "Options" like
so:
2. When the window titled "Options" opens, you will want to click on the "Getting
Started" icon in the left scrollable portion of the window as shown here:
(fill in each field with the appropriate
information)
3. Next, click on the "Checking Mail" icon; the `Mail server' and `Login
Name' text boxes should already be filled in, but if not then enter "ag.arizona.edu" and
your username on Ag.
(check the `Save password' box if you don't want to have
to type in your password every time you check your mail)
4. Finally, click the "Incoming Mail" icon and make sure that "Pop" is checked and that the "Authentication Style" is set to "Passwords".
Only check options such as "Leave mail on server" when you will be using Eudora to check mail from both work and home.
