This site uses frames....
This site uses frames, which allow the
screen to be divided into seperate windows through which to view multiple documents at
once. It seems as though your browser does not support the use of frames. If you don't
want to miss out on alot of what the web has to offer, you should consider downloading a
free copy of the newest Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer (for Windows 3.1, Windows
95, Macintosh, etc.) from the sites below:
(Webmaster's Choice)

Which one should I use?
If you're not sure which browser to use,
let me give you a few pointers. First of all, the two viewers will not render a given page
exactly the same (as I have found very annoying while building this site). This means that
to see exactly what the webmaster wants you to see you need to be using the browser that
they designed the site for - which is Netscape about 80% of the time. This site was
designed to be viewed using Netscape, for example, since only about 10% of the people on
the web use Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer allows you to take advantage of
Microsoft's new ActiveX technology (a kind of programming language that allows
interactivity), while Netscape has pioneered many areas including Java and Frames
technology. I prefer Netscape personally, because I cringe at the thought of Microsoft
someday ruling the Web, and because Netscapes bookmark files are saved as HTML files which
are easily converted for use on Web pages. It's your choice -- but remember that you can
always download both and try them out or switch at any time!
