Arizona NPDES General Permit

In coordination with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and the Arizona Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), EPA issued a general National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for Combined Animal Feeding Operations in Arizona on July 5, 2001. The effective date of the permit is August 27, 2001 and the permit will remain in effect until August 26, 2006.
