5th Anniversary Celebration
On September 29, 2007 the Campus Arboretum celebrated 5 years since its establishment. Friends, donors, faculty, staff and students gathered in Women’s Plaza under the ‘grandmother eucalyptus trees’.
Dr. Dennis Ray served as master of ceremonies, and speakers included Colin Kaltenbach, Dean of the College of Agriculture, Dr. Michelle McMahon, Dr. Margaret Livingston, Ken Morrow, and Elizabeth Davison. In the shade of the trees, students showed the work they have been doing, historic photos showcased the campus heritage, and guests received free plants and prizes.
