This list-server was created to improve regional communication of value-added educational efforts for the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. Although the list-server has a focus on western issues, the list is open to all that are interested in value-added efforts related to agriculture.
