It is rare
that I can buy Tilapia in my small town but it was on sale frozen
and I snapped it up. We love Cilantro and it was lovely on the fish.
I was liberal with the Cajun seasoning and used fine roasted garlic
powder instead of garlic salt. I have more Tilapia in the freezer
and just may do this recipe again - Thanks Mollyjoe for a new taste
