 Jan 19 - Maintenance Visit: 
          Replaced anemometer (RM Young), pyranometer (Licor). 
          Tested rain gauge.  Tested wind vane.  
          Reprogrammed Datalogger at 14:02.

 Mar 10 - Maintenance Visit:
          Replaced battery.
