The
"Plant Selector" allows one to describe a type of plant using the many
characteristics and search the database for matches. For example, search
for evergreen plants
with purple flowers that bloom in the early fall. The process is shown
below and reveals that the Arizona Fishhook Cactus (Mammillaria gramhii)
is one of 12 plants that match the criteria.
