Exhibitor Participation
• Exhibitors Gallery Package: $700
One (1) 6’ or 8’ draped table with two (2) chairs, one (1) sign with company name and one (1) full Short Course registration (includes Conference meals and access to all presentations), and name of company listed in proceedings.  This is a great opportunity for face-to-face contact with industry professionals/hobbyists/customers and prospective employees.

The Exhibitors Gallery is located in the foyer and concourse leading to the main Short Course classroom and the site of the Icebreaker Welcome Reception, all Coffee Breaks, Exhibitors Lunch and the Exhibitors Happy Hour.   

Sponsor Participation
• Icebreaker Welcome Reception Sponsorship: $850
Sponsorship of this welcome reception event places your company in the center of the Short Course social environment and gives you first and ideal opportunities for informal networking, direct exposure to your product line, and building good will toward your company among Short Course attendees. 

• Coffee Breaks Sponsorship: $700
Sponsorship of five scheduled Coffee Breaks offers your company important recognition and opportunities for networking and promotion of your product line.  When you provide a chance for relaxation and renewal during the busy program, you receive the gratitude of our participants. 

• Awards Banquet and Exhibitor Happy Hour Sponsorship: $1500
Sponsorship of this prestigious awards banquet and preceding happy hour event, highlighted by a keynote speaker and a leader in the industry, places your company front and center of CEAC’s Short Course recognition of excellence in the greenhouse industry.  This sponsorship gives you high profile opportunities for positioning of your company and products, informal networking, and building good will toward your company among Short Course attendees.

Your contribution will help strengthen the industry with support for student (and future employee/CEA expert) participation at the Short Course.

Full page 8.5” x 11” black and white insert in the 2008 Greenhouse Crop Production and Engineering Design Short Course Proceedings. OR supply your own color insert (Qty TBD)
