Currently examining the
viability of two business opportunities within greenhouse agriculture in
partnership with the University of Arizona’s Controlled Environment
Agriculture Center and ITDC. The business opportunities include
grafted vegetable transplants and plant-made pharmaceuticals.
Expected deliverables include the characterization of the business
opportunity based on market size, profitability and growth potential,
completion of a business plan and execution of a targeted action plan to
raise start-up funds.
