All students with complete materials will be allowed to participate.  However, materials received 2 weeks prior to the CDE event will receive 25 bonus points for the participant.  Materials received 1 week prior to the CDE day will receive 15 bonus points for the participant.  Materials received after that time will receive no bonus points.

The 2009 telephone interviews will be completed PRIOR to CDE Day.  Once applications are received, each school will be contacted to schedule the participants interview.
