ANALYSIS OF PLANT DNA REPAIR AND RECOMBINATION GENES

This web site is to be the future home of a database of genetic and functional information on plant DNA repair and recombination genes. A grant application was submitted to the National Science Foundation for support of this project in January, 2001.

A similar search of Arabidopsis and additional plant genomic and EST sequence databases for these genes including maize sequences by Cliff Weil may be downloaded as an excel file.
