FAQ

How do I send my data?

We would prefer that you send either a CD or DVD that is complete and ready to be copied, however we realize that this is not always possible. If you cannot, contact us to arrange for the best method for your needs.

How do I design a label?

There are a number of ways to do this, ranging from as simple as writing it out on a piece of paper or laying it out as a Word Document that we can use as a template. Alternately you can provide a finished label design in most common graphics formats.

Can I use a logo on my label?

Yes, reasonably sized logos can usually be included as part of a text label at no additional cost.

Can I have a picture or full color background on my label?

Absolutely, our full color labels look great.

What is the turnaround time?

That depends on our workload. Often jobs of several hundred copies can be turned around in a day or so, however it is possible that there may be several jobs ahead of yours which can add to turnaround time. If you know that you will need a large number of copies quickly, you can call us ahead of time and we will hold a timeslot for you if possible.

Can I save money by providing my own blank media?

Probably not! We use a robotic duplication system and have found that using high quality professional media makes the process run much more effieciently. Problems with locally purchased media (even name brand media) include poor printing, no printing, and lots of troubles with the robot arm picking up the disks! If you already have blank media contact us and we will try to work with you.

Why are commercial duplication facilities cheaper?

They are not neccasarily cheaper. We try to keep our prices competative with commercial facilities for smaller quantities (several hundred copies), however at higher numbers, especially over 1000 copies economies of scale make it possible for high volume facilities to use methods and equipment that we cannot match. However, at quantities below 100 copies we are often significantly less expensive. If you have a large duplication job we will be happy to assist you in finding a commercial duplication facility to suit your needs.
