The "Catch the Rain" photo contest

The Water Resources Research Center is holding a summer photo contest. To capture the many ways Arizonans catch and use rainwater in our unique, diverse landscape, the University of Arizona WRRC invites photographers to vie for cash prizes in the 2014 WRRC Summer Photo Contest.
Each submitted photograph should place an emphasis on one of the following categories:
(Water in Nature: Photographs in this category may include (but are not limited to): rainfall; rivers, streams, washes and watersheds; rain-fed native landscapes and natural habitats, people and/or wildlife and rainfall, monsoons and storms; wetlands and waterways; etc.
Catch and Reuse: Photographs in this category may include (but are not limited to): natural and built water collection; low water use landscapes; rainwater harvesting; rainwater runoff/collection; rainscapes, xeriscapes, rain gardens, food gardens; cisterns, tanks and earthworks; etc.
Anyone may enter and can submit up to three photos. The deadline is Friday, September 26, 2014. For rules and guidlines, check out the link below.
