Tuesday Morning Notes

April 18, 2006

The FSO CatCard and Operations department have just announced that they are now able to collect signatures electronically for those employees who live and work outside of the Tucson area. These signatures are used to verify auditable documents by FSO departments through the Electronic Signature database. Simply print an Electronic Signature Request Form., fill in the requested information, attach a copy of your driver's license and mail the information to the CatCard Office. Your E-Signature will be scanned and downloaded into the signature file database. Please allow up to 10 days for your electronic signature to be on file. You can find the form in e-forms located in http://uabis.arizona.edu/eforms. Because of the manual process and the time delay involved, they are requesting this process be used only by staff located outside the Tucson area. Others needing to update or add their signature may visit the CatCard Office in the Student Union Memorial Center. If you have questions concerning E-Signature, contact the CatCard Office at 626-9162.
