Emerging Professional Award 2008 - Erica Wirtz
Erica Wirtz, BS Retailing and Consumer Sciences, 2006. As Mervyns Senior Campus Relations Representative she helps undergraduate and MBA students find the job that is right for them-- whether it be with Mervyns or others in her professional network. Previously as Training Specialist she reinvigorated the 4 week Executive in Training - Store Management program which certifies over 200 new assistant managers every year. She also restructured the store internship program to include two rewarding projects and turned the program into a highly selective and exclusive opportunity.
