FSHD Ambassadors

Elizabeth Castaneda is from Glendale , Arizona . She is a senior who will graduate in May 2008 with a dual degree in Psychology and Family Studies and Human Development with a minor in Spanish. After finishing her undergraduate career, she plans on either joining forces with Teach For America or gaining experience in the field before applying for graduate school. Her future career plan is to become a high school counselor. This is her second year as an ambassador. She decided to join because she wanted to meet others who shared the same passion for giving back to the community as well as for the major. Elizabeth is also is also a member of Juntos, Youth Adventures and Kappa Delta Chi (a multicultural service organization).
