There are two series of topical bulletins which are designed to apply the evaluation resources produced by CYFERnet Evaluation component.

This series of bulletins will:

• assist in evaluating the National Outcome Areas (children, youth, parent/family, community) by applying the Community-Based Project Evaluation Guide and work of the National Outcome Workgroups to develop a sample evaluation plan.

These bulletins are designed to assist community-based projects to evaluate critical indicators under each National Outcome area (children, youth, parent/family and community). In each bulletin you will find a brief introduction to a key indicator, a case example of a community based program making a difference in the indicator highlighted, sample program goals and objectives, description of program intervention, a sample evaluation plan, key evaluation results, reporting hints and other resources.

Take a look at the 2nd Series of Bulletins which examine different topical areas that are critical to program development and evaluation.
