FSHD offers Hands-on Learning experiences
1. FSHD Internships:
Internships (FSHD 393/493) are available to FSHD majors only:
- With a 2.25 grade point average (major and cumulative) at the University of Arizona
- With sophomore, junior, or senior status
Internships are a minimum of 3 units (135 hours)
Internship sites are located in Tucson, Arizona

2. FSHD Research Experience:
Research Experiences (FSHD 399/499 & 492) are available to FSHD majors and minors:
- With a 2.25 grade point average (major and cumulative) at the University of Arizona
Research is a minimum of 1 unit (45 hours)

3. FSHD Practicum:
Practicum units (FSHD 394/494) will be available summer sessions to FSHD majors, minors and pre-majors seeking field experience:
- With a 2.25 grade point average (major and cumulative) at the University of Arizona
- After completion of FSHD 117 course
Practicum is a minimum of 3 units (135 hours)
