Alexandria is a 3rd year doctoral student in Family Studies and Human Development at the University of Arizona. She is currently working on her master's thesis and will defend in December 2016. 

Her research analyzes:

1. Risk and protective factors in children and youth incarcerated parents.

2. Behavior development in children and youth with incarcerated parents

3. Resilient family systems in diverse contexts
