Foster Care Children Develop Resilience Through Compassion Training

A new study by the Norton School's  Dr. Charles Raison and his colleagues shows that a therapeutic intervention called Cognitively-Based Compassion Training appears to improve the mental and physical health of adolescents in foster care. The training provides strategies for people to develop more compassionate attitudes toward themselves and others.
