Loan Policies
Loans will be gladly made to other herbaria upon the request of the curator or contact person in that herbarium with the expectation that the specimens will be handled according to internationally standard herbarium procedures. Note that we only provide loans to recognized herbaria (i.e., with acronyms listed in Index Herbariorum); we do not loan specimens to individuals or to any institution which is not a recognized herbarium. Loans are normally for a period of two years, and may be renewed upon request.
