I am not aware of any such product. Sucker production is usually a function of
the trees' growth characteristics. If you have problems with this, you should
research future tree plantings well to avoid using similar plant material. In the
case of citrus, it is quite necessary to keep pruning the suckers from the
rootstock to avoid the tree reverting to the rootstock itself.
