Genicon (RLS) detection of microarray expression |

At the recent Microarray Workshop held
in Tucson, Rachel Formosa of Genicon
Sciences presented results of RLS (resonance light scatter) labeling
using our Arabidopsis oligonucleotide microarrays and with RNA provided
by the Galbraith laboratory. These results, and the methods used for target
production and microarray hybridization, are presented below. Questions
regarding the RLS methodology should be addressed to Rachel Formosa.
