Our researchers collaborate with colleagues around the world to seek solutions to the economic, social, and environmental problems of our time. From the Earth's crust to outer space, our portfolio stretches from soil and plant science to natural resource and wildlife management, retailing and fashion to biotechnology and human wellness. Our research touches on nearly every aspect of modern life and has played a pivotal role in Arizona's and the global economy for more than a century.
Extension
Cooperative Extension serves as a statewide network of expert faculty and staff committed to offering lifelong educational programs to all Arizonans. Think of our Cooperative Extension services as a link between the pioneering research of the university enterprise and the citizens of Arizona. It’s our roadmap to helping people put university research to good use and solve the economic, social, and environmental challenges of today and tomorrow.
