The Whole Internet... By E-Mail, by "Dr. Bob" Rankin, is a comprehensive guide for using e-mail to access all types of Internet sites. The guide provides examples of e-mail access to information available on FTP, Gopher, WWW, Usenet, WAIS, Listserv, Finger, and "Directory Assistance" (Whois and Netfind) sites.
