Dr. Colin Kaltenbach
Director
In addition to overseeing the activities of the Office of International Programs, Dr. Kaltenbach is Vice-Dean of the College of
Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and Director of the Arizona Agricultural Experiment Station, the research arm of CALS. His research
expertise includes estrous cycle control, nutrition and reproduction, and livestock management for beef and cattle. |

Dr. Kevin Fitzsimmons
Associate Director
Dr. Fitzimmons also holds joint appointments as a Professor and Extension Specialist
in the Departments of Soil, Water and Environmental Science, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, and Wildlife and Fisheries Science.
His teaching and research interests include aquaculture, algae, and international development.
He is a former Fulbright Scholar and an Adjunct Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand.

Lesley Newman
Campus Peace Corps Representative, 2008-2009
Academic Year
Lesley Newman served in the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic from
2004-2006. In addition to being an Environmental Education volunteer
working on a binational reforestation project with her community and in
Haiti, she taught environmental themes and English in the middle school.
Currently, she is receiving her Master's in English/ Linguistics at the
University of Arizona.
