[Arid_gardener] queen palms

HI 
I have two 14' tall queen palms that are 13 yrs old. About two years ago we  
had drip sprinklers installed for the entire front yard including the Palms  
(from our well). Now the leafs are yellowing, curling back like an accordion 
and  they have lots of black areas on the leafs and down the center of them. 
What could be causing this?
