When is the best time to plant roses here in AZ?  We moved down from WA state and I had a rose garden there, but have yet to try one here.  How do hybrid teas do in this heat?  What is the best area to plant them in?  I am looking a a location that faces north, but does not get any sun until late afternoon. Is there a rose club in the Sun Cities area?
