May I add another question?

I need a couple handsful of Bermuda grass seed - one end of my 20 X 10 patch 
of grass is low, and between too much water and a heavy planting of rye last 
year followed by a too late in the year scalping, I have an 8 x 2 bare 
strip.

When to sow?  Where to buy?
