Hello :
I am in the process of preparing my backyard for hydro-mulching of new turf.  The soil is bare and very dense.  I want to ammend and rototill the soil.  I have been lead to beleive that the county extension office can test the soil( that i send in) and make recommendations as to what to add.  
Can you provide any information or recommendations before i proceed?
