Hi, Jean,
The description of your tomato sounds like one I grew this year, but mine didn't do nearly as well as yours did.  I put in a transplant too late, but since it was on sale, I just did it.
Here's what the tag says:
FRONT: (photo of tomato) YELLOW PEAR TOMATO, Matures in 75 days, Fruit Size 2" (5cm)
BACK: YELLOW PEAR
Bears high yields of yellow, pear-shaped fruits all summer long.
MATURES: In 75 days    
CARE: Plant when weather and soil warm so lowest leaves are 1" (3cm) above soil level.  Best caged or staked. 2-3' apart.
