[Arid_gardener] oleanders

Having problems with oleanders. Approximately l4 schrubs.  We trimmed them two years ago and they have not been the same.  The leaves are yellow with some black spots. Long stems with no new growth except on the top.  Some trunks are grey looking.  Alot of leaf drop.  We water twice a day 10 min. on dripper system. PLEASE HELP . Have asked several local nurseries,no advice.  Have given them iron and sprayed with liquid seven.
