[Arid_gardener] Lantana dying?

My 2+ year old Lantana(s) are no longer blooming and look sticky and
have few dark green leaves. I water them once per week for 4 hours using
1 gph emitters. Location: Goodyear, Arizona. 
Any suggestions?
