[Arid_gardener] Ocotillo propogation from seed :how to?

I recently collected about two teaspoons of Ocotillo
seed from the flowers. They are white, and maybe 1/8"
long.  I am air drying them now. I live in the right
climate, Yuma Az, and I would like a propogation
technique that works for these. I have gleaned a
little generic info from the net but nothing really
specific from someone who has done it successfully.
