Recent winds knocked down a Nitinda Ficus(sic).  I would like to buy a larger tree to shade the west side of my home and not wait for it to grow for shade.  It would sit next to a mature Carob tree and close to the driveway.  I want something that would grow fast, stay green, little leaf droppings, not worry about the roots hurting water pipes or break cement driveway.  Any suggestions
